Fixed rates plummeting

CBA announced today a 3 year fixed rate of 6.59%.  Fixed rates have dropped significantly across all lenders in the past week.  But don't fix just yet as this is only the start of what I believe to be a downturn in interest rates across the board

RBA Rates left unchanged at 4.75%, The next RBA Board meeting is on the 6th of September
